Learn how mindful strategies can help you develop a greater awareness of yourself to manage stress, and optimize your physical and emotional health as we navigate the Pandemic. We will learn exercises that calm the mind and body to build resilience, and enhance over-all well being. Resources will be provided for reference and practice. Led by Sally Palmer, a certified mindfulness instructor and owner of "Revive Mindfulness: Stress Reduction for Mindful Living."
