Led by Janet Parnes, a social conversation and etiquette expert, who equips people with the skills to make them feel valued, understood, and heard to help them build their careers and businesses. Prior to starting her own business in 2005 and graduating from the Protocol School of Washington, Parnes spent more than 20 years in sales and public relations, working for companies that include Analog Devices, Lipton Tea, and international PR agency Porter Novelli.
