Many people are considering changing careers as a result of the pandemic, or for other more personal reasons. Despite the reason, career change can be a stressful process. Examine various aspects before beginning the career change process. This program will include the following topics: (1) Is it time for a change? (2) What is the cost of change - energy, income and time? (3) What is realistic for you and your life- how risk ready are you? (4) How to decide if and when to make a change. (5) Learn valuable tips to deal with changes in the job market and job search process.
Led by Ilene Rudman, a career counselor/coach and psychotherapist in private practice. She formerly served as a career counselor at Radcliffe College, and has designed employment and training programs at the state and national levels. Ilene holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University with a health concentration and completed a Masters of Public Administration degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government with a focus on employment issues.
