Are you worried about current or future memory loss in a loved one? Or maybe you're concerned with your own memory? Dr. Andrew E. Budson, author of "Seven Steps To Managing Your Memory: What's Normal, What's Not, and What to Do About It," will discuss how much and what type of memory loss is to be expected as one gets older and what should trigger a visit to the doctor. Learn how to convey your memory concerns to your doctor and what your doctor will likely do to evaluate your memory. Learn about medicines, alternative therapies, diets and exercises that may be able to improve your memory.

About Andrew: Dr. Andrew Budson is Professor of Neurology at Boston University, Lecturer in Neurology at Harvard Medical School, and Chief of Cognitive & Behavioral Neurology at the Veterans Affairs Boston Healthcare System.
