Learn how to bring more humor into work and life with professional comedian Dave Rattigan. Laughter reduces stress, improves outlook, and leads to a better quality of life. Humor also serves as a great way to diffuse tense situations and "break the ice" with strangers. In this presentation, Dave will use his stand-up material to lighten the mood, and then facilitate a combination of improv games, funny stories, and Q&A’s to help the audience find humor in their lives even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
