VIRTUAL Meditation Class (FREE 3-Week Series)

**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VIRTUAL PROGRAM THAT WILL TAKE PLACE VIA ZOOM. Registrants will receive a link to access the Zoom Meeting via email.**  

Mindfulness and meditation teacher Lauren Masse, founder of "Mindful Minis Boston," will lead a 3-week series of virtual meditation classes. Classes will take place from 7:30pm to 8pm over three consecutive Mondays -- September 13, September 20, and September 27 -- via Zoom.  Participants will practice a different type of meditation at each class -- Deep Breathing & Muscle Relaxation (September 13), Movement Meditation (September 20), and Loving Kindness Meditation (September 27). Learn new ways you can practice daily mindfulness to calm your mind and body. Masse, who earned a Master's Degree in Public Health from Boston University, is a holistic health coach and social emotional coach. Learn more about Masse HERE.
