Career experts say most people spend more time planning their vacation than they do their job search. This mistake extends your job search and costs you money! Let's avoid that mistake and start the year right -- Let's talk about how to plan your job search. And we'll do it in a fun way -- We'll devise a general plan as if you are going on vacation! Led by Ed Lawrence, the founder and principal of Getstart-ed, through which he offers practical job-search advice, résumé-writing services, and skills assessments to help people gain meaningful employment or transition to a new career. He is a certified professional résumé writer (CPRW), nationally certified online profile expert (NCOPE), and is certified in Myers-Briggs (MBTI), DISC, the Strong Interest Inventory, and Skillscan. Lawrence is the official resume writer for the Framingham Public Library, where he has facilitated a free practice-interview group for over seven years.
