Learn about the federal hiring process, the online USAJobs hiring system, eligibilities, and the differences between federal and civilian resumes. This program is a must for anyone who is interested in applying for federal jobs. Led by Lena Jackson, who works as a Human Resources Specialist for the National Park Service. She previously worked as a Community Readiness Consultant for the US Air Force for 12 years.
