**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A VIRTUAL PROGRAM THAT WILL TAKE PLACE VIA ZOOM. Registrants will receive a link to access the Zoom Meeting via email.**

The universe contains exotic unobservable particles that make up the micro subatomic world and the exotic super structures that we see and observe through land based and satellite telescopes. This lecture will investigate particles like the Higgs boson [the God particle], neutrinos that pass through our body in the millions/second, dark matter and dark energy that without them the universe would not exist, super novas, super massive black holes and galaxy clusters. You’ll be amazed by the world of particles and objects that make up our incomprehensible universe. Led by Scott Flaig, author of Cosmology: Faith and Science Reveal Universal Truth and Pillars of Creation: How Faith, Science and Reason Bring Meaning to the Universe. Flaig, a retired corporate executive from Dell and former faculty instructor at Flordia Gulf Coast University, now lectures regularly about the mysteries of the universe at libraries, community organizations, churches, universities and science societies.
