Former CIA agent and bestselling thriller author David McCloskey will discuss his brand new spy novel, Moscow X. A daring CIA plot threatens chaos in the Kremlin. Its execution is foiled by a Russian woman with secret loyalties. While at the CIA, McCloskey wrote regularly for the President’s Daily Brief, delivered classified testimony to Congressional oversight committees, and briefed senior White House officials, Ambassadors, military officials, and Arab royalty. He worked in CIA field stations across the Middle East. His first book in this series, Damascus Station, was a finalist for the 2022 ITW (International Thriller Writers) Thriller Award for Best First Novel.
