Each hike leads through stunning scenery, and features a nearby brewery or a brewpub where a refreshing local craft beer awaits. Carey, the editor of the Appalachian Mountain Club’s Maine Mountain Guide, hiked over 300 miles and tasted more than 230 different beers, in order to write this book.
