Are you ready to welcome a furry friend into your life? Join Dr. Rachel Geller, an advisory board member of Cat Companions and an international cat behaviorist, for this special presentation. Whether you're a first-time cat owner or looking to expand your feline family, this event is purr-fect for you! Rachel will discuss  choosing the right cat, creating a safe and welcoming environment, and building a strong bond with your new companion. Rachel is a certified Cat Behavior and Retention Specialist through the Humane Society and a certified Humane Education Specialist through the Academy of Prosocial Learning. She is also the author of Saving the World, One Cat at a Time: What I Know About Cats - And Why You Should Know It. Cat Companions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to comfort people with disabilities with emotional support cats while providing cats with a loving home.
