Take a look a back at a collection of biopics of some of the greatest recording artists, from the Oscar-winning performances of Sissy Spacek as Loretta Lynn and Jamie Foxx as Ray Charles, to the portrayals of Brian Wilson, Aretha Franklin, Johnny and June Cash, and Sir Elton John. Led by Frank Mandosa, a film historian and high school Film and English teacher. Mandosa -- host of the podcasts "Silver Screeners" and "Movies Across The Pod" -- has been giving film lectures at libraries, senior centers, and community centers across the state since 2012.
