TEWKSBURY, MA – The Tewksbury Community Market, located on the front lawn of the Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street), is open this Tuesday, July 30, 2019, from 4pm to 7pm.

This week's featured vendors include Jones Farm, KC Styles Accessories, the Nana Bee, Peacock Chalk, Scents Delivered, Sweet Lydia's, Tewksbury Florist & Greenery, Tewksbury Honey, and Touchstone Crystal by Swarovski, plus the Tewksbury Public Library Community Garden.

The Market will be hosting BABY GOATS from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. You'll have a chance to mix and mingle with these friendly goat kids from Chip-in Farm & pose for photos with them. It's all FREE, but we would encourage you to shop at our wonderful vendors while you wait for your turn. 20 people will be allowed in the pen at a time in 10-minute increments. Everybody entering the pen needs a ticket. Tickets are available beginning at 4pm at the library table at the Market. Tickets are NOT available any sooner than 4pm and cannot be held via phone, email, text, etc. Tickets are timed (e.g., 5:20pm to 5:30pm). Tickets will only be given to people with complete parties. Children 12 and under are required to go in with an accompanying adult.

The Kona Ice Truck will be on site selling deliciously flavored Hawaiian shaved ice.

An introductory yoga workshop will take place at 7pm inside the library's Meeting Room. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) allows you to tell your story -- to discover and manage what is happening now in your life. During this workshop, you get to sample PRYT, which combines yoga postures and dialogue to help you connect to your mind, body, and breath. When you access your inner wisdom, you gain clarity what your whole self needs. Led by Swetha Kannan, a Tewksbury resident who has been teaching YIN yoga for two years and practicing yoga for 13 years. No yoga mat is required for this workshop.

Miss Heather, of the library's Children's Room, will hold a Pajama Storytime at 7pm in the library's Story Time Room.
