This week, we will be learning about melting points and how adding salt to ice makes it colder... and how to make ice cream in a bag in 10 minutes!

Materials and instructions will be outside the library at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8. This week, we will be supplying gallon and quart-sized zip-top bags. You will need to supply: ice, salt, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla (optional, but delicious).
