OUTDOOR: Take A Hike To The Bay Circuit Trail

The Tewksbury Open Space & Recreation Committee and the Tewksbury Public Library invite you to take a guided hike from Bligh Street to Andover (Bay Circuit Trail Connection). The hike will be led by Open Space & Recreation Committee member Bruce Shick, who will be accompanied by Beautification Committee member and native plant/tree expert Kathy MacInnis. 

This easy hike is 2.5 miles long and will last approximately 90 minutes. The trail, which features some boardwalks, leads all the way to the Merrimack River and beyond. Please park on Bligh Street. Do not block driveways. The trail begins between 101 and 121 Bligh Street. This hike is limited to 25 cars. 

Registration is required below. Registrants will receive additional information via email 48 hours prior to the hike. Please wear sensible footwear, and bring bug spray and water.

This is part of a 7-hike series: Rogers Park (June 11); Bay Circuit Trail Connection (June 18); Pinnacle St. Trail (June 25); Chandler Well Fields at Main Entrance (July 9); Tewksbury State Hospital Pines Cemetery (July 16); Chandler Well Fields at Kevin Street (July 23); and Poplar Street Well Fields (July 30). All hikes are on Saturdays at 10am. Please note there is no hike scheduled for July 2.
