Anna Finkelstein is a Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Practitioner and Crystal and Color Specialist. She loves to share with people various ways of bringing wellness and happiness to each day. Please join her for a workshop in which we will use Yoga, Crystals and Visualization techniques to create a feeling of peace, relaxation, fun and joy. Each person who comes to class will be going home with a little crystal gift! Please bring your Yoga mat and a journal to class.
