Learning to cook can be fun and delicious! Each month, Miss Kat will teach us how to make a fun, kid-friendly recipe. 

The instructions will be posted to our YouTube page (youtube.com/tewksburylibrary) at this time, but videos are saved on our YouTube page and may be watched whenever. We will also post the link on our Facebook page (facebook.com/tewksburylib).

This month, we are making strawberry shortcake! We will be making the strawberry sauce and whipped cream from scratch. If you would like to make this along with us, you will need: 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 carton of strawberries, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and some sort of cake or biscuit (we are using dessert shells, but you can use angel food cake, pound cake, biscuits, lady fingers - your choice!).
