Tewksbury native Chris Mader will discuss his new book, Make the Adjustment: Finding the Courage to Embark on Your Own Journey of Transformational Change. Part memoir and part self-help, this motivational book will speak to anyone who is looking to implement positive change in their career and in their life. 

In addition to sharing his uplifting message with the general public, Chris -- a graduate of Tewksbury Memorial High School (Class of 1988) -- also looks forward to connecting with former classmates, friends and acquaintances from his childhood.

Chris Mader is the Founder and CEO of MTA Consultancy. Over the past three decades, Chris has been an executive specializing in coaching and developing leaders, consulting, corporate training, keynote speaking, and developing talent at all levels from entry-level sales and management roles to the C-Suite. Previously a professional athlete, Chris has been fortunate enough to spend time and compete with elite athletes and business professionals. This gives him a unique perspective on what drives individual contributors and leaders to be great.
