TEEN: Wet Felting (Grades 6-12)
Wednesday, August 73:30—4:30 PMMeeting RoomTewksbury Public Library300 Chandler Street, Tewksbury, MA, 01876
Join us for a beginner felting craft--wet-felting! Unlike needle-felting, wet-felting uses water to shape our wool fiber, along with other materials such as soap, chopsticks, and cookie cutters. The finished product will be dry, and you can use our wet-felted shaped to make keychains, ornaments, hair accessories, you name it! Materials will be provided for every registered attendee, so be sure to register below while supplies last! If you have any questions, please email Kate, our Teen Library Assistant, at kjennings@tewksburypl.org.
This event is open to teens entering grades 6-12 in September 2024 and teens who have graduated high school in 2024. Registration is required. If you are unable to attend after registering, please let us know so we can give your space to someone else. If you know you'll be late, please email Kate at kjennings@tewksburypl.org so we can know to expect you.
