Enjoy a lecture and demonstration led by Tai Chi instructor Sharon Pei. Learn how this ancient mindful exercise can benefit your daily health & life. Sharon Pei has been teaching Tai chi and Qigong (a.k.a. Chikung) since 2005. She is passionate about this ancient Chinese Martial art, and loves to share her knowledge and experience about Tai chi and Qigong with you via learning and practice to improve the balance of our body and mind at large.
