Want to make a difference in your community? Volunteer to clean up Tewksbury Public Library and the surrounding area! As part of the Tewksbury Beautification Committee's Spring 2024 Town Wide Clean Up, we'll spend a few hours picking up trash along Chandler St., East St., Livingston St., and Hospital Rd. All volunteers will receive trash bags and gloves. Breakfast refreshments will be available from 9:15 - 10:00. Registration is required for an accurate headcount for supplies. 

*Note: You are welcome to bring a wagon to help tote trash bags back (they can get heavy quickly due to the trash!). We are unable to provide wagons at this time. 

Schedule: 

9:15 - 10:00: Drop by the meeting room to collect trash bags and gloves. Breakfast refreshments (donuts, coffee, and tea) will be available. 

10:00-1:15: Team up with others to chat and clean up around the Tewksbury Public Library and the surrounding area! Once you're done, please drop off your trash and gloves in the dumpster around the back of the library. You are welcome to stay as long as you want. Registration does not require you to stay the entire time. 

This event is for those in their 20s and 30s and is supported by the Tewksbury Beautification Committee and the Friends of the Tewksbury Public Library.
