The Tewksbury Public Library is now offering 1-on-1 tech help to seniors. Drop-in on Tuesdays, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, or Fridays, from 2:30pm to 4pm. Visit the second-floor Reference Desk to check in. Sessions will last up to 30 minutes. No registration required. First come, first served.

The library’s technology volunteer Renee can provide assistance in the following areas: smartphone basics; tablet basics; basic use of hardware and software for desktops/laptops; email; and guidance on some of the library’s digital services, such as Libby (free eBooks and eAudiobooks). Please bring your device with you, if you can. Please note Renee is a library school student, not a technology professional, but she hopes to be able to provide you with some answers to your tech questions and solutions to your tech problems.
