Cheryl Major, a certified nutrition and wellness  coach, will chronicle her personal recovery from years of struggle with chronic depression by changing what she eats. Her transformation was accidental, amazing and life changing, and it has lasted for more than six years. Cheryl will share the steps she took and include important information about how food affects us both mentally, not just physically. Major is the author of "Eat Your Blues Away: Disappearing Depression by Changing How You Eat." She speaks publicly, hosts a podcast, holds teleseminars and writes and hosts a cable show, "Thin Strong Healthy." A book signing and selling will follow the event for those interested.
