Thursday, July 111:30—2:30 PMMeeting RoomTewksbury Public Library300 Chandler Street, Tewksbury, MA, 01876

Bring some color into your life by learning about the basics of flower arranging! The Power of Flowers Project will lead this hands-on workshop, guiding you through simple steps to create a beautiful small arrangement that you can bring home.

The Power of Flowers Project is dedicated to enriching the lives of those who are lonely, isolated, or ill, by harnessing the power of flowers to lift spirits and promote healing. They do this by renewing and refreshing gently used flowers recycled from weddings, banquets, memorial services, etc.-- any event where flowers are often left behind or tossed in the trash while they are still fresh. The new arrangements are then delivered to recipients chosen through a variety of community resources. For more information on this fantastic Tewksbury-based organization, visit their website.
