This week, we will be learning how to make Brookies! (What's a brookie? It's part brownie, part cookie, and all delicious!)

To make this recipe, you will need:
For the Brownie Batter: 1 stick unsalted butter, 4 oz bittersweet chocolate (roughly chopped), ½ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup packed light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon salt, 2 large eggs, ½ cup all-purpose flour
For the cookie dough: 1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 large egg, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
