This week, we will be learning how to make Roma Tomatoes Stuffed with Mozzarella Cheese, Garlic, and Herbs, along with a Banana Cream Pie Milkshake!

To make these recipes, you will need:
Tomatoes: 12 plum tomatoes sliced in half lengthwise, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 garlic cloves (minced), ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper, ¾ cup herbed or seasoned bread crumbs, ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
Milkshake: 3 scoops vanilla ice cream, 1 banana, Splash of milk, ½ packet vanilla pudding mix, Graham cracker, Whipped cream
